Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY — CIRALLE (CANADA)

SCOPE
This policy applies to orders placed on ciralle.com for delivery within Canada (we do not currently ship to Québec). It should be read together with our Returns & Exchanges policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Payment Policy.
CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
• If you wish to cancel, email info@ciralle.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
• If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it free of charge and refund you in full to the original payment method.
• We aim to process cancellation refunds within 3 business days of confirming your cancellation. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED OR SHIPPED
• Once an order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
• You can still return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
CANCELLING DUE TO DELAYS
• If we are unable to ship within the indicated or legally required timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Contact info@ciralle.com with your order number.
REFUNDS
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we may issue store credit with your consent.
• Posting times vary by bank or payment provider.
REFUSED, UNDELIVERED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
• If you refuse delivery or do not collect a parcel and it is returned to us, we can reship it (re-shipping fees may apply) or process a refund in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy once the parcel has been returned to our facility.

• Include: order number, full name, delivery address, and a short note that you wish to cancel.
• We typically respond within 2 business days and will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
