PAYMENT POLICY — CIRALLE (CANADA)

Welcome to Ciralle. We aim to provide a smooth and secure checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains which payment methods we accept, how we process payments, and the conditions that apply.

  1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
    We accept the following online payment methods (subject to availability in your region and device):
    • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via Shopify Payments)
    • Accelerated checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
    • Digital wallet: PayPal Express
    • Buy now, pay later: Shop Pay Installments (where available; eligibility and terms are shown at checkout)
    We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, or bank transfers.

  2. PAYMENT PROCESSING & AUTHORISATION
    • Payment is captured at checkout when you place your order. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
    • For your protection and ours, we may use automated fraud-screening and may request additional verification. We may refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected or payment cannot be verified; you will not be charged (or you will be refunded promptly).

  3. CURRENCY, TAXES & POSSIBLE EXTRA CHARGES
    • All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
    • Where we are required/registered to collect Canadian sales taxes, applicable GST/HST and any PST/QST are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Where we are not required/registered to collect certain taxes, taxes and/or import duties may be payable upon delivery to the carrier or customs authorities (this is disclosed before you pay).
    • Ciralle does not add its own payment surcharges. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees according to their terms.

  4. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & TIMING
    Before dispatch: If you cancel before your order ships, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.
    After dispatch / returns: Refunds follow our Returns Policy (e.g., unused items returned within 30 days). Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 14 business days.
    • Posting times vary by provider; please allow your bank/card issuer additional time (typically 3–10 business days) to display the refund.
    • If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit with your consent.

  5. PAYMENT SECURITY
    • Checkout is powered by Shopify and leading payment providers that use encryption and are PCI DSS compliant.
    • Ciralle does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its systems.

  6. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
    If your payment fails or is declined, please:

  7. verify card details, billing address, available funds, and any 3-D Secure prompts;

  8. try another method (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal); or

  9. contact your bank or email us at info@ciralle.com  with your order details.

  10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
    If there is a problem with your order or a charge, please contact info@ciralle.com  first. We will investigate and resolve or refund where appropriate. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
