SHIPPING & DELIVERY — CIRALLE (CANADA)

GENERAL
Ciralle is a brand of MPM-Group VOF (The Netherlands). We ship orders to Canada via standard shipping only (no express). We currently do not ship to Québec. Items in your cart are not reserved.
ORDERING & CHECKOUT
• Select your size/colour and add the item to your cart.
• Complete checkout with your delivery and payment details.
• Orders are processed immediately after completion; changes or combining orders is usually not possible. If you need a change, email info@ciralle.com right away with your order number.
SHIPPING COSTS
• Standard shipping is free on all orders to Canada.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (see our Returns Policy).
PROCESSING & SHIPPING METHOD
• Processing time: 1–2 business days.
• Origin and carriers: many items ship directly from our suppliers (e.g., China). Export via the local postal operator (e.g., China Post) with hand-off to Canada Post in Canada.
• We use standard postal services only. Express/priority is not available.
DELIVERY TIMES (CANADA)
• Typical standard transit: about 10–20 business days (≈ 2–4 weeks).
• Economy/surface services can take 4–12 weeks.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs clearance, sorting delays, or destination.
TRACKING
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
• Tracking may only become visible after the carrier scans the parcel or upon arrival in Canada. Limited updates during the first few days are normal.
NOT AT HOME / PICKUP POINTS
• If you are not home, the carrier may deliver to a Canada Post pickup location. You will receive a notice with pickup instructions.
• If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can reship it (re-shipping fees may apply).
WRONG ADDRESS / ADDRESS CHANGES
• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
• If you need to change it after ordering, email info@ciralle.com immediately with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once a shipment is created or dispatched.
• Parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped (re-shipping fees may apply) or — if returned to us — refunded according to our policy.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
• If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the parcel:
– Check with household members/neighbours and any pickup points.
– Wait 2 business days (occasionally scans are premature).
– Contact Canada Post and email info@ciralle.com with your order number.
• We will open a carrier investigation and keep you informed. If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, we will replace your order or refund you. This is without prejudice to your legal rights.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
• To deliver faster, items may ship in multiple parcels. You will receive separate tracking links.
