What is the delivery time for my order?
Most items ship directly from our overseas suppliers (e.g., China). Typical standard transit to Canada is about 10–20 business days (≈ 2–4 weeks). Economy/surface services can take 4–12 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs clearance, sorting delays, or destination. -
How do I return an item?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Email info@ciralle.com. With your order number to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and we’ll send instructions and the return address. Returns must be unused, unwashed, and include original tags/packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details. -
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping to Canada is free. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. -
Which payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via Shopify Payments), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Express, and Shop Pay Installments where available. -
I didn’t receive a tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email info@ciralle.com. With your order number and we’ll resend the tracking link. Note that tracking may only update after the carrier scans the parcel or upon arrival in Canada. -
My product arrived damaged/defective. What now?
Email info@ciralle.com. Within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified. -
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately after checkout. If you need to change or cancel, email info@ciralle.com. As soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible—but you may return the item(s) under our Returns & Exchanges policy. -
Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories except Québec (until a French version and local language requirements are in place). -
Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
Prices are in CAD. Where we are required/registered to collect Canadian sales taxes, taxes are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Where we are not required/registered, taxes and/or import duties may be payable upon delivery to the carrier or customs authorities; this is disclosed before you pay. -
Can deliveries be split into multiple parcels?
Yes. To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel. -
I need to change my delivery address.
Email info@ciralle.com. Immediately with your order number and the correct address. Changes can’t be guaranteed once a shipment is created or dispatched. Parcels returned as undeliverable can be reshipped (re-shipping fees may apply) or refunded according to our policy. -
