RETURNS & EXCHANGES — CIRALLE (CANADA)

SCOPE
This policy applies to purchases made on ciralle.com and delivered within Canada (we do not currently ship to Québec). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery policy.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day period starts on the day your parcel is shown as delivered.

ELIGIBILITY
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags, hygiene stickers (where applicable), and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
• Returns must follow our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process below.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned unless defective or required by law:
• Intimates/lingerie and underwear
• Swimwear
• Earrings and other body-piercing jewellery
• Customized/monogrammed or made-to-order items
• Gift cards and store credit
• Items marked “final sale”

HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA)

  1. Email info@ciralle.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We will reply with your RMA number and the return address/instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely. We recommend a trackable service; you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

PACKING AND SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
• Use the original packaging where possible or a sturdy equivalent.
• Include the RMA number inside the parcel.

Do not ship returns to the product manufacturer or any other address. Always use the return address listed above.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping was free; re-shipping fees may apply if you ask us to send a replacement after a failed delivery.

REFUNDS
• Timing: within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Method: to the original payment method (or store credit if you choose).
• Deductions: if items are returned used, missing tags, or not in resaleable condition, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund/store credit at our discretion.
• Bank posting times vary (typically an additional 3–10 business days after we process the refund).

EXCHANGES
• Like-for-like exchanges are possible if stock is available (same item/colour/size).
• If the requested item is out of stock, we will refund or issue store credit according to your preference.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email info@ciralle.com  within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

WRONG ADDRESS, UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED PARCELS
• Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us immediately; changes are not guaranteed once a shipment is created or dispatched.
• Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused can be reshipped (re-shipping fees may apply) or refunded in line with this policy after they arrive back at our facility.

LOST RETURNS
You are responsible for your return until it is delivered to our return address. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt/tracking. Ciralle is not responsible for lost return parcels.

LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection laws (for example, where required disclosures were missing or delivery deadlines were not met).
